rosemary infused olive oil
- ½ cup good virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
In a small jar combine olive oil and rosemary. Remove rosemary after two days. Store in a cool dark place. Oil will last for up to a month.
- splash of Lillet
- 3 oz Plymouth Gin
- 3 drops of Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
- Olives with herbes de Provence
- 1 bar spoon of herbes de Provence olive brine
Rinse a cocktail glass with the Lillet and pour it out. In a mixing glass filled with ice add Plymouth gin, olive oil and brine. Stir until very cold. Pour into rinsed cocktail glass and add two olives.
